Weekly Report 9: Not Much To Report

We had quite an unexpected last week with only one day of school due to the snow and ice. Honestly, though, it has been a great chance for me to relax and catch up on a lot of homework, while also planning ahead for the next week. I am grateful, in some ways, that the snow led to the ISM Showcase being canceled, since prior I was not able to attend it due to a conflict with an event my mentor had requested me to help host. However, now, I hope that the rescheduled dates for the two events will not clash once again, so that I am able to attend both.
Within my ISM journey, I am excited to share that my display board is complete and I am quite pleased with how clean and professional looking it turned out. I had a great time presenting my work from this past semester and with my mentors to other Reedy students at the ISM Campus Showcase 2 weeks ago. I also had my first mentor meeting with Ms. Neha Jain, coming up with more concrete plans and sections for my matrix, or flowchart, final product idea. I know the next few weeks will be incredibly busy, but I look forward to them being very productive as well.
