It is unbelievable to me that we are already in 2025, and I am halfway through my ISM journey. The past semester has been filled with doubts, discoveries, challenges, and growth. Thankfully, my original work went exactly as planned, and I am very proud of the recommendations presentation that I created in response to an AI-generated case study for Green Bites Cafe. My mentor, Shreya Roy, has been an amazing resource to me already and I am so excited to hear her valuable advice on my endeavors going forward.
My biggest focus currently has been working on my display board. I completed a plan for it last semester and I do have a rough idea of what I want it to look like. The only part I am a little stuck on is balancing aesthetics and professionalism. While my topic is management consulting, I have an interest in calligraphy and colorful designs, so I need to be diligent about my display board being a good combination of pretty and profesional. The trifold black board, blue and white die cut letters, and blue cardstock that I ordered to match the color scheme of my website have already arrived and I have been toying with different designs. I am looking forward to making a visual display of my research, learnings, and original work up to this point. I hope that it turns out the same way that I am envisioning it: attention-grabbing, elegant, and organized.
