Weekly Report 16: Finally at Final Presentation Night

It is unbelievable that we are already approaching final presentation night. It feels like just yesterday I was interviewing to be selected for ISM, and I distinctly remember being so excited when I got my acceptance email. I have learned and grew so much personally and professionally over the past few months, and I am so excited to show off my work at final presentation night in one week.

This is a rather stressful time for me in general, since the school year is coming to an end, and AP exams are approaching, so I have been incredibly busy. One of the most daunting tasks I am currently facing is memorizing my twenty five minute long speech for final presentation night. I am a bit worried that my audience will be bored, however, I am happy to be able to share all of these concepts that have become so important to me with the people who support me. I am trying to get more in-person guests, but my grandparents have agreed to join a zoom call to watch me present from Dubai. Although my mentor lives in Chicago, she has said that she will also be able to watch me virtually. Beyond that, I am just preparing my display board, my website, and my slides to ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day.
